Scene in the former Paris music hall, Alcazar d’Ete, in the Champs Elysees, from which American women, under the direction of the American fund for the French Wounded, of which Mrs. Benjamin G. Lathrop, of New York and San Francisco, is President, and Miss Anne Morgan, Treasurer, daily send out boxes of dressing and other Red Cross supplies to the smaller and poorer French war hospitals.

Among those at their work are: Miss Alexine Mitchell, third from the left, and her friend, Miss Gerberding, second from the left.
